Track your e-mails between the student and corporate mail systems

Do you want to know if your instructor has received an e-mail that you sent?

Full Trace

If a student is using the college mail system and the instructor is using the corporate mail system, a full trace can be done on an e-mail.

No Trace

If a student is using an outside mail system and the instructor is using an outside mail system, the e-mail cannot be tracked by college technical staff.

Partial Trace

If a student is using the college mail system but the instructor is using an outside mail system (like Hotmail or Yahoo), a trace can be done up to the point when the outside mail system takes over.

If a student is using an outside mail system (like Hotmail or Yahoo) and the instructor is using the corporate mail system, a trace can be done from the point our college mail system receives the e-mail from the outside mail system.

A trace on an e-mail (to see if it has been delivered) can only be done if the e-mail either originated or terminated at one of the college's mail systems.
