The Student Employment on Campus Program is designed with the student in mind. The Student Employment on Campus Program recognizes that academic achievement comes first and for that reason provides flexible scheduling of working hours to accommodate your class timetable. The majority of student jobs advertised during the academic year, offer up to 12 hours employment per week. Summer positions offer up to 35 hours per week.

To Qualify ...

In order to qualify:

1. You must be a St. Lawrence College student.

2. Be in good academic standing – this doesn’t mean straight A’s and B’s – just that you are a committed

    student.

3. Demonstrate a need for wages earned through the Student Employment on Campus Program.

All of these Terms of Employment will be important factors that will be considered to determine eligibility.

Jobs That Are Available ...

All available jobs will be posted when they become available on the St. Lawrence College website (www.StLawrenceCollege.ca) and on the Student Employment Boards at each campus.

The Kingston Student Employment on Campus Job Board is located in the corridor between the Campus Book Store and Student Services.

Most jobs are posted in late August and mid April, but they can appear at any time throughout the year. Keep an eye on the site every week if you are a student looking for work on campus. Each posting includes the job duties and qualifications, hours and duration of work, terms of employment and closing date of the posting.
